Some charge $4.50 a chair on top. We priced ours for a hundred seated guests from the start, chairs included, because that is the party people are actually throwing.

Griot, oxtail, kabrit, jerk chicken, diri djon djon. Braises that run twelve hours, not a buffet dropped off by a stranger in a van. Five catering packages from $50 to $75 a person, plus a dessert table, and no delivery fee because the kitchen is already here.
